You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:
-
What do you want to achieve?
I want to extend the bounding box of an imported mesh in studio beyond the visible mesh. My use case is a half slab: half of the model is visible, half of it isn’t, but the bounding box is a cube. I can’t use multiple parts because I need to manipulate one part, not a Roblox model. -
What is the issue?
Importing a mesh into Roblox Studio from Blender cuts down the mesh exclusively to what’s visible.

Notice how the blue bounding box doesn’t include my extra vertices

What solutions have you tried so far?
I’ve exported to both FBX and OBJ, and I’ve also tried exporting two Roblox parts into Blender, but that turned into one visible part.
For context, I’m going to use this as a block in a building game. Full blocks are typical Roblox parts, and I’ve already tried extending my functionality to Roblox models (to do stuff like this) and it was messy. I want to use a mesh for these half slabs, and here we are.
