Exterior Linkks In Script Comments [?]

This may be the wrong category, so thanks for bearing with me!

Hello!
I’m creating a script for a game that I will later publish for anyone else to use.
I was wondering if it is allowed to give links to exterior websites (not affiliated with Roblox) such as Google Docs? What are the main guidelines to follow if it is allowed?

If it’s inside of your script, I don’t see why not. I’ve seen countless people slap their GitHub on the front of their scripts.
There’s also package managers which I believe have information that they store (These links) which allows them to grab and install a package.
