Extreme FPS Drops from Terrain Editor

[https://youtu.be/9EbX8QR0BkU] (https://youtu.be/9EbX8QR0BkU)

The issue at hand is that whenever my terrain editor is open, my fps drops to somewhere around 30-45fps whenever it is simply up. It is still useable, and there aren’t any other bugs that I’ve come across from it, however it used to be a constant 60FPS locked and it wouldn’t drop. The studio I am in makes no difference, and the FPS drops to 30 even if it is an empty baseplate or a fully detailed place it is always at 30-45FPS maximum instead of the usual 60. This bug occurred around a month ago from me, and I don’t see any forums talking about this recently/specifically so I thought to report it.

My PC Specs:

Intel(R) Core i7-14700K
Nvidia Geforce RTX5070
32GB DDR5 6000MT/s RAM

Expected behavior

If everything were to be correct, I assume it would be at a constant FPS of 60 if I were within an empty baseplate studio, the only time I’d have fps troubles with it without it being a bug would be in studios where it’s full of parts, not empty.

Have A Nice Day!

Same issue on my end, the FPS drops are so big that it is impossible for me to work with terrain right now. Opening the editor alone drops my FPS down by ~10, and the FPS even go down to about 17 while simply just moving the brush around.
