Extremely annoying ScrollingFrame bug

Whenever I put a horizontally scrolling ScrollingFrame inside another ScrollingFrame, the horizontal image of the ScrollingFrame appears straight up, rather than sideways.

Outside of the ScrollingFrame:

This bug is really annoying, and is stopping my from being able to complete an animation editor plugin (Which will no longer require paying 30 R$ :wink: )

Because I need to put a horizontal scrolling frame inside of a vertical one to be able to finish my plugin, which I’ve spent days on, I am in desperate need for this to be fixed.
