F | Mentor Guide
Hello! In order to maintain this process as organised and professional as we can, we made this amazing guide, where you will find all the different stages we will go through on this Internship and all its instructions.
Second Stage
When all the passers have joined (around 10 passers, and we will give them 24 hours to join) the Owner or Co-Owner will have to send the following text in #intern-announcements:
Hello and welcome to the Fleur Cafe internship server!
First of all, congrats on passing your application, we are very excited and happy to have you here. To keep this process organised we will divide you into 2 groups, 5 person or less each. You will have 1 mentor and 2 assistants, they will help you and give you all the important and necessary information to successfully pass this internship. The groups are the following:

After 5/6 hours the Co-Owner or the Owner will have to say this in the same channel:

- Stage 1: Applications (COMPLETED)
- Stage 2: Basic information
- Stage 3: Important information
- Stage 4: Exam
- Stage 5: Results
During these stages (mainly 2, 3, and 4) you will be taught how to act correctly as a staff member of our management team, after this, we will check if you have the necessary knowledge to continue working with us through an exam, and if you pass you will be promoted to Staff Assistant and you will be able to rank up, continue your career with Fleur Cafe, and have more fun!
