When it will be fixed? Looking at ANY other issue possible in the history shows that it gets fixed in the singular day, yet this one somewhy has decided to sit for a week.

During a service disruption, you can actually port forward the port that Roblox uses for the local test server and connect directly by doing it “minecraft server style”. You’d have to read more into it, but Roblox’s servers aren’t required to start a testing session. Probably.
For now, I advise you and your team to use a VPN to any other area that has good connectivity.
