Before I report this bug, I am aware that others have reported instances of this error in the past, however my situation is completely different: the animation works for myself, but not for others. The error is also slightly different, with a link appended at the end of the error (See image below).
When testing the game or playing the game itself, the animation works for me and others can even see the animation, but when others try to load the animation, this error comes up:
Yes, I own the animation. I uploaded it. Yes, I own the game that the place is under. I published the game over my account. There is absolutely no reason this should be happening as the entire place has and should have access to the animation. The animation IDs match and are correct. I even directly added an ‘Animation’ instance to ReplicatedStorage with the respective Animation ID as I thought this would have fixed the error.
This bug persists both on Studio Testing and in-game live runtime. I do not suffer from the issue, but others do. The animation works for only me but not for others in-game. For reference, the animation loading happens client-side as it is a custom running animation. That might have something to do with the issue, but it shouldn’t be happening given that the entire place and game has and should have access to the animation (I own both the game and the animation).
