Hey there!, So around a month ago our experience was taken down for a false reason. We eventually heard back from Roblox Appeals (3 weeks after the takedown, with the appeal window only having around 3-2 days left.) and they decided that our game no longer had violations, however they didn’t reopen the game. Which lead us to being forced to republish the game under a full new experience.
Within a few weeks, we gained our CCU back and earned 1 million visits, then 4 days ago Roblox took down our experience once again and suspended the owners account and the owners account for “terrorism” (please note, this is a zombie game. there isn’t any terrorism..) We did an appeal, but Roblox instantly denied it claiming we broke the rules then locked our group with 290k members in it, leaving us lost and having nothing to do.
Roblox was our source of income and for it to just be instantly ripped from us without any warning is horrible. We need help, we are lost and don’t know what to do. if anyone could help us that would mean a lot.
I don’t understand the point in your reply, I’ve received and also gotten other people help via there. If you have a better solution please do include it in a proper reply.
I sent them a message weeks ago because i got terminated along with all my groups and they didnt care. All they tell you is that you need to use the roblox appeal system
They do not even show help for developers that arent aready in connection with staff via TEE. If they truly would even care a single bit, we would see them actually trying to help users under their posts. Instead you cant even send a message to the devrel group and most of them explicitly state that you have to use the support portal to get help
You bet on the wrong horse. Google Play and Steam are reliable sources of income. In Roblox, you will only get nervous shock and loss of self-confidence.
Appealing through the support category “appeal a decision” these days is pointless, support is backlogged with hundreds of thousands of tickets due to a rise in their AI moderation bans as well as the massive AI ban wave in June which spiked over 500%.
The only way I have seen people getting their games back in this current state of Roblox is either by being nifty with contacting support wether is be via a different support category etc or by using legal methods such as MIDR or ODS complaints which forces Roblox to give a proper response. All with their own waiting periods that can take weeks to months.
If I was you I still wouldn’t give up no matter how low the chances are, me personally during downtime periods of my game being banned I started making different projects so I could have a backup just in case.
