3 days ago, my pc has been ratted. I removed the trojan and changed all my passwords so the cookies get reset. The attacker changed my password, email, removed my phone number and added a parent account. I reset the password, email and phone number, but the linked parent account was still applied to my roblox. I emailed them to get it removed, but I get hit with the same bot reply “You need a parent to remove it”.
A couple days later, my account gets terminated. I believe this is because the attackers account has gotten banned as it was associated with the same IP address they attacked me with.
I have seen other people with the same issue, so I shot an appeal, radio silence. The only thing they replied with was from an asset violation appeal I applied months ago. Hope I see a response soon.
