False removal of regional price from ID verified accounts

my bug about regional price that doesn’t applied to some account because it falsely flags them for using VPN but my situation is not about that
How did my regional price gone?
When I wanted to verify my id before that I was having a normal regional price
But when I verified my id
After a while it automatically gone
Why?
My id is (Egyptian) id and I live in different country and I created the account on the country that I live on
When I verified my id it automatically changed my account location to (Egypt) than it changed back my location to the same country that I live on and created the account on
Why I didn’t report it on Roblox support?
Because the ai thinks that I want to change my country so he just replies me with this

When I said that I’m not asking for changing my location it just straight up closing the ticket after saying

Economic location is not always the same as account location. To determine a user’s economic location, Roblox looks at signals, including VPN usage, billing history, and account history. If their economic location can’t be determined, users see the default global price for the item instead.
And I opened a tickets and they always gives information instead of helping me to report the bug
After all, the ai documented my bug and it been a while and I didn’t get any updates

I’m not asking for changing my location and yes I didn’t use any type of third connection (vpn or any type of extension )

Expected behavior

If everything work correctly my regional price will be enabled and my experience would be much better

We’ve reviewed your report, but unfortunately, we won’t be able to fix this particular issue. We can confirm that the economic location change for the reporting user was not related to the account location change. Roblox uses different signals to determine economic location and sometimes they can change. If you have other concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out.

I’m not asking for this bug to be solved only for me I’m asking for it to be fixed across the entire platform.
​Currently, the system automatically removes regional pricing for people whose ID are from a different country than their actual residence… I created this account in Jordan and I haven’t traveled to my home country at all. This means the account is originally from Jordan, and the economic location/regional pricing should be based on Jordan’s rates.
​However, to unlock more features on Roblox, you have to verify your account using your ID. Because of this bug some players are hesitant to do it, as they will lose their regional pricing.
​I’m reporting this bug because it makes the experience much worse for many players
