False Violation (PII) - Appeal approved, no changes been made

(note) It has been over 5 days. Refunds are slowly coming in…

The texture for 18306006580 ( Lebron James) was violated for sharing personal information. I appealed, and it was accepted. A few days later, it still hasn’t been restored.+

Additionally, I tried to upload another asset, which got denied for PII
I made an appeal, which was declined.

I’ve never used voice chat, I don’t know how this is any relevant to this issue.

just reply to the ticket saying that the voice chat violation isn’t what you are appealing for (giving PII false-positive). Had this same issue before. And try to describe this issue to the support as much as possible
