This is sort of a follow up to my previous post.
TLDR, I’m still banned, support hasn’t responded to my appeal, Roblox didn’t even attach evidence/activity for why I got banned. All I got was the date and time I “did” something (mind you I wasn’t even home at the listed time)
But just today, all my previous violations changed - what used to be “Your audio broke the rules” or “Your image broke the rules” is now just “Your behavior broke the rules” (with the only exception being “Your chat broke the rules”) and their respective activity has changed to “More details about this violation aren’t available”

Anyways, looking to see if anyone knows why this happened, and/or if anyone has ideas on what I should do next.
My violations changed back to what they used to be and show the evidence again, but I’m still not unbanned nor have I received a response from support.
I have also been banned over a week ago for an image i uploaded in mid-2025.
Yes, I have been banned a few times in the past few months, therefore my account standing wasn’t too great, but the bans were all absolutely unreasonable. I appealed them all, but as every developer knows, it’s impossible to argue with the AI that checks the appeals, which resuls in every appeal being denied.
And because of the bad account standing, caused by bad AI moderation, AND now an over a year old image being taken down just now, which is also a clear sign of bad moderation, I’ve effectively been banned from the platform purely because of roblox’s incompetence to take developers seriously.
I’ve filed appeals for the most recent ban in the appeals page, but obviously both have been rejected by the AI just 30 seconds after submitting, and also wrote 2 support tickets over a week ago, still not one has been responded to.
I know a person who has been banned and support replied to them a staggering 60 days later saying they passed the 30 day mark - absolutely embarrassing.
The difference here though is that you were given a reason for why you were banned, my “latest activity” is completely empty besides the date and time and no violations were added
Been 23 days now. Sent in multiple appeals, and no response to any of them. Haven’t even had a violation added or any proper evidence given to justify my ban.
Very concerned that my appeals will get auto-denied in a week. I’ve seen countless cases of people being denied because of the 30 day limit, not because they took too long to appeal, but because Roblox’s support is so slow. Which is literally not what is stated in their TOS, the TOS says you have to appeal in 30 days, not that them being so slow will cause you to be denied.
