I don’t know if this is the correct place to put this. Correct me if it’s wrong. I have been falsely terminated from Roblox, being the reason Ban Evasion from a year ago (2024), which I did not do. I was simply playing at that time, and being banned for a situation a year ago just now is sad, even though all associated accounts of mine haven’t been moderated nor terminated, I did not evade that date and was simply playing. I was testing my game on Roblox Studio when I got terminated.
As of right now (31), I remain banned. I don’t think I will be unbanned as my appeals keep getting rejected.
EDIT 2, (August 10): Well, my appeals keep getting rejected and I have little to no time left. In two days, I will not be eligible for appeals, so yeah, bye! They are probably rejecting my appeals with AI or something..
EDIT 3: (August 12, the final day): I noticed a person from the Appeals Team (not AI) rejected my appeal. Also, this is the final date, so I will not be able to appeal anymore. I have no idea on how to get myself unbanned after that, so peace. Bye!
Unfortunately roblox support is useless. I was recently banned for a day for ‘harassment’ and all the highlighted messages were completely normal like “pls” and “i thought they were nice”. But anyways, I appealed 3 times to the built in appeal system, and they were all denied with no further explanation besides “you broke TOS”. I then tried this way, and my appeal was again denied after several days of waiting with still no reasoning besides “you broke TOS”. It is hard to tell if my ban is really being re-evaluated or if its just an AI auto response. I dont really care too much about a day ban, but the problem is this will count towards my account and follow me in the future. I do not like that, and there is no reason I should have to have this when my ban was clearly a mistake by some moderator or an AI thats obviously not smart enough to be taking action towards people whatsoever.
Worse part is, It doesn’t look like Roblox will ever really improve their moderation, so Ive found the best thing to do is just not use in-game chat or VC, and prefer playing with friends and talking through an outside app.
To the OP, this is really unfortunate, and I do not really have much advice. It seems the only people who’s unfair bans are lifted are big content creators who can make a scene on social media, effectively forcing Roblox to unban them because they dont want their picture hurt. Although I wish you goodluck, and I do suggest trying to appeal because it couldnt hurt
Roblox will mainly ban you for crazy things if someone reports you, but sometimes it can still happen at random.
I agree, Roblox really needs to change their support/moderation. I think this can be fixed by not allowing AI to terminate people, it should always have to go through a human.
Anyways, to help get yourself unterminated, I recommend reaching out to one of the dev forum moderators, As some of them legitimately care (@HakaiShin_AOD).
There was a different moderator that’s best for false bans, so maybe ask around for that.
well every time i got banned for really a stupid reason i tell them like here in sector 1, 1.- says that i can say “hello” for example so you have to have a rule against them so you can go freely for example. It can also be affected by something you did in the past like swearing or trying to break the chat by typing a bad word like this h<e<l<l<o, in the rules says :

It’s important to note that attempting to evade a ban by creating new accounts is not a valid reason for appeal and may result in further penalties
like you said in the new account you didnt get banned, so it is an error and the best way to deal with it is with roblox support or in forums talking to official staff
Roblox is really the worst at moderating, my old account got terminated instantly after I just published my first game and it was an obby game and the reason was “Due to promoting/participating in inappropriate behavior” I was like what did I do wrong just by publishing an obby game.
I sent 11 pictures of proofs that it was an obby game and nothing weird but they denied it.
They are a really big platform now, they should make a big team of customer service that would reply to you directly after u made a customer service request to talk directly to an actual CS and not a bot.
A live CS on a page somewhere in the roblox website itself where u just have to wait after u made a support request would be great, instead of using the bad AI system, Is it possible to sue roblox for abusing moderation power so they can improve it instead just letting their own players suffer from it?
I already got scammed and, successfully, got my termination removed and account back. I asked for a restore for some of my items, one of them was the Dominus Formidulosus and the Bighead. Sadly I only got my Bighead restored. They could not restore my dominus and couldn’t poison it either.
I will say this as I have said many times again to people who create these topics, the majority of users who viewed this topic and who will reply in the future and have replied are regular users and to point out the obvious regular users can’t really do anything when it comes to this type of situation.
