Falsely Terminated [Why should AI be allowed to terminate?]

March 5th 2026 @ 8:24PM I my account HeatSquared was falsely terminated for “Misusing Roblox Systems”

The moderated content in question was my “Packages” model, used in NUMEROUS games including 100s of other peoples games, the packages were a majority of RbxUtils (Sleitnicks) and a few of my own.

I appealed this, my appeal was accepted on March 6th @ 7pm~ , my account is still terminated.

March 7th 2026 @ 4:58 AM, yet again I another false “Violation”, my plugin removed this time, this is a plugin that was made 2~ years ago, named RoGPT, I never got to a stage where it worked, it had maximum 50 lines of UNFUNCTIONAL code.

Along with this account termination they have decided to terminate my Alt account for “being linked”

Now I’m still waiting for my appeal to be decided but this is ridiculous, I have thousands of usd worth of ad credits on my account and I’m getting terminated for packages i use in every game, packages people use in their games? Furthermore a plugin that was never released and have little to no src?

I’ve looked around and my chances of getting my account back are NOTHING, people get their appeal accepted after a termination just for their account to STAY terminated, it’s stupid?

Not sure what this ban wave is but it is THICK, you’re false banning a lot of people.

This is just disappointing, first of all no one asset should lead to a termination unless it’s a genuine backdoor with evidence to back that up, and second of all it’s just false in the first place.

Releasing trash quality updates and then deciding to ban half of existing assets and accounts for quite literally no reason. The condition of this platform is almost impossible to imagine.

Keep sending messages to support that send your appealed asset id and explain how you’re still terminated. If they deny it, reword your message and send another appeal. See if you can provide any report id for your appealed asset.

Literally, I emailed support, gave both Violation Id’s for these, from what i can tell i was terminated for my “Packages” model, which I don’t even think is public??

It consists of sleitnicks RbxUtils and a few of my own, nothing that should be leading to a termination.

Either this is some really messed up AI moderation gone wild or some weird scheme.

Either way the platform is going to shit, they are purely mass banning developers with no real reason and then upon their appeals getting accepted their accounts are not reinstated, some reporting the support team drag out their emails till after the 30 day mark (older ban waves)

AI Should NOT have the power to be terminating accounts without human approval, I have alot of money in Ad Credits and Robux across two of my terminated account so this is REALLY a joke.

I agree, Roblox hasn’t learned anything from using AI from past experiences. The only lesson they’ve learned is that it false bans millions of users, and their response is still, “We’re going to do that again!”

I had to appeal 3 models, 2 plugins, and two of my appeals weren’t even accepted while the asset was completely fine. The fact that robux is also lost when termination occurs is just another factor of how low this platform has gotten.

Maybe something else triggered your termination? Try replying to their response and asking them what exactly triggered your termination cause the ban note is very vague, but they’d probably hit you with the usual “We’re sorry blah blah blah”

So my account gets terminated for false reasons, when i ask why my account has SPECIFICALLY been banned, i get the “we’re unable to provide you with any further information” as expected!!!, doesnt suprise me, horrible support team based on silly silly silly templates.

Seems you never truly get assigned someone to your report case, been this way for a few years i believe.

The big issue i see with this:

Ill be using random names for this.

Tim originally responds to my email, I send a reply back
Bob reads my response, has 0 clue what is going on and throws me back a reply

and so on…

Tickets should be assigned to a person, why am i getting another person (bob) replying to my email that has 0 clue what is actually going on with my ticket? I HIGHLY doubt they are actually backtracking and looking into it.

Along with this the ban wave seems to be consisting of alot of reasons?
From what i can tell people are saying; vc warns, chat warns, including bans. Affect if you were banned or not?

The Violations I had don’t seem to look like they would lead to a ban, if that makes sense?
I had a package removed, not a bomb in the toolbox, they removed a basically empty plugin too?

There’s more to this than just models, plugins etc…
There’s people with 0 violations, unused accounts just getting banned.

Now the real question is, what will roblox do about it?

Nothing, per usual they will ignore what is going on, avoid it.
If you’re terminated just admit to it, it is unlikely your account will be reinstated.

I’ve personally lost a lot of valuables on my account, including this one that i am literally writing on (EmberSquared) it is SUPER frustrating but what can you do about it when a platform doesn’t care about you?

Their support system will never change, they’ll shrug this off as a AI malfunction / accurate ban wave and wont see your account again.

We need justice, it’s not hit developers but the whole lot, people who haven’t even touched studio nor done anything wrong.

Now yes, the AI for terminating accounts is incredibly stupid, but that is the main reason why Roblox is relying on AI so much to help with moderation specifically. They literally cannot do it all by themselves.

If it thinks there should be a terminated, then it should ask a moderator for approval first.
