This is very nice, what program do you use?

CFrame the arm more into the body, it is weird the way it is and sort of ruins the picture.
It’s as if it’s hanging on by a thread.

That was the rig, I need to work on it.

It’s because the shoulder joint is at the top of the arm, move it lower.

Looks good. Personally I like when the body parts move away from the torso, it makes animations and the look of the game much more cartoon-y and enjoyable to me.
Either way, nice work!
