I am trying to get the new Engagement Rewards package that is currently in beta. The documentation provides two packages, Core and Engagement Rewards, each with two methods of obtaining them. I am able to access the Core package through both the ‘open in studio’ link and the ‘Add to inventory’ link. However, neither of these methods work for the Engagement Rewards package. The studio place does not load with the package, and the add to inventory option returns “Unable to add to inventory”. I was able to get the package by finding a creator hub link through the announcement dev forum post, which included the announcement of the season pass package.
I am using Google Chrome and windows 11.
Expected behavior
Both of the two links to get the package would allow me to obtain it.
