FBX mesh y and z scale axis gets reversed

If i import one mesh, or 1+ meshes, when i try to scale a meshpart, the scaling gets reversed, so if i wanted to scale the y axis the mesh rescales on the z axis. anyone know a quick fix?

Go to the model tab and go to PivotTools. From there click Reset. This should reset the pivots of the mesh.
