FE gun kit not working for only one player

Hello, I am using SuperEvilAzmil’s FE Gun Kit.
The problem I am having is my friend is unable to use the guns, see the video.

This is what it looks like for me and everyone else.

I’m not sure what to do, and I have no idea what is wrong, any help is appreciated.

P.S. I’m curious as to how you post videos that you can watch on this website instead of having to download them. Probably shouldn’t post a question like this here, but yeah.

I figured out that this issue was caused by lag, guess I gotta optimize my game.
