Feed-back on a space-craft type game

So, I’m currently creating a space craft theme game. In the game you build your space craft out of your starter materials(if you’ve started the game of course). Once you’ve build your space craft, you battle in first person and with fps arms. If you’ve won the battle you win coins, resources and materials. You can also complete quests and buy items in the store. You can create materials and with materials you can create space craft materials such as the launcher. You also have different bullets to unlock. You can unlock battles with levels. You get exp from battles and others.

I need feedback on this and that’ll be greatly appreciated. My game hasn’t been explained very well? I’ll reply to you and explain it very clearly.

This idea has potential. However, there are many flaws:

How are you going to come up with a formula to make sure starters don’t get paired up with veterans? This could be an issue. Programming bots or showing a formula would be a good solution.

What’s the point of the spacecraft here? It seems like this is just an FPS game.

What would the different bullets do? Are they cosmetics? Seems like a waste of currency to me.

What would EXP do? Would it work for matchmaking? Would it allow you to get better weapons, or fight in different arenas?

Answer some of these questions before starting development.

Oh well the bullets give you higher attack damage. The fps arms is for realism. The exp is for levels.

Sorry, I think I haven’t explained it very well actually.

This causes the snowballing problem to be even more potent. Matchmaking will become even more of an issue.

I get that, but what are the levels for?

They’re for unlocking levels. What do you mean by the snowbaling problem?

Snowballing as in the game has a quick decrease in needed skill. The weapons get better, you deal more damage, and new players get crushed, unless matchmaking is involved. I mean for levels what’s the point of unlocking levels?

It’s a bot that battles you and the bot gets better each time.
