Hello! Recently i made this thumbnail for my game, what do you think about this? How can i make it better? Please let me know what you think about this! 
CL mean “City life”, the name of my game.
P.S.: this is my first thumbnail.

It needs more dynamic lighting. I understand if that is the lighting in game, however the human eye is attracted to contrast, which this thumbnail is lacking. The rest seems alright, but maybe add something small to the background. Not small as in size, but as in make it look far off in the distance. I hope this helped!

You could also add a white background around the logo and the people for even more contrast.
