Feedback and suggestions on this game I'm making!

I’m making a Fangame of RG and I was wondering if you can give me Feedback because the game doesn’t look fun to me! (I’m not doing reverse psychology Also Keep in mind there is many city’s on this game this isn’t the only one!)

{I am not familiar with original game}

Games pretty fun for a 7~ minute venture or as a aim trainer but that’s about it. Depending on where you wanna take this game (rootin’ tootin’ shootout or mission based game) I think this game would improve with a fun movement system with rolling, sprinting, sneaking, ect, a bigger map to roam around, less predictable AI spawning and more strategy fighting

an example for strategic fighting would be maybe the big guy with the beard always has a shotgun so you have to keep your distance, but the bald fella has a crossbow that you’ll have to dodge or out-snipe, and then you can pick up their weapon, ammo or hat for fun customization or something.

buff the AI damage ! I got to 1.4k bounty just by sitting between two major spawning zones without going down half my health. Speaking of bounty, maybe damage and/or spawns should increase the higher it is.

Although not required by any means I think letting players customize a character a bit would go a long way so they can make their own OC badass that has 10k bounty, instead of a funny bacon hair in his prison garbs; atleast make the character look cool so the player feels cool.

Hi! Thank you so much for giving me some feedback for my game! Yeah I know im late but you know It takes time to script… Ive added SOME of the features you said and it made my game kind of better! You can try out my game right now if you’dlike! And give me more feedback if you want!

Gave it a try and it’s a great improvement already ! I gasped when I was able to pick up a hat, forgetting I even suggested it.
Maps good, fun to roam but the invisible walls can get annoying some places - but it’s understandable.
AI damage is pretty balanced IMO, however they would have to be buffed if you were to add movement options or some sort of new advantage for the player.

The bald default character can put on hats by walking over them, leaving the pop-up floating over the player and look, I’m not here to judge the citizens or anything but between you and me, some of them have some … questionable footwear.

I was super confused the first time I saw it, only to find out that tons of citizens are wearing it. Not sure if it’s intentional but it’s not particularly of the times.

If you make a big update and would like a more in-depth, and/or picky feedback/opinion about it from me feel free to DM me about it instead of using this channel because some people get cranky if you boost an old post.

You see… Im the only one working with this game. Me, myself and I thats why the game is kind of trash. But if you’d like, you can keep giving me more feedback on my game! Thank you so much! Stay safe! (Oh and lol the npcs just have a math.random clothing script, I just found a bunch of them in the catalog and never noticed that they had these werid images on them!)

The new weapons feel fun but maybe a GUI could make them feel smoother as I forget the guns numbered further away from WASD and looting bodies would hide the collected item in my inventory - I know Red Dead Redemption has a wheel for the inventory and maybe you could do something similar !

The blur from being shot is a bit too much for how many times it happens, I suggest dialing that down a bit.
I noticed a strange bug that makes the hats and NPC’s float up into the air when someones head gets blown up (critical shot(?)) it is most prominent when they are in water. It’s more funny than annoying though, didn’t take away from the game. Another bug was I started getting shot at after respawning from death.

A fun little mechanic would be the player ragdolling on death just so it feels more epic.
I certainly can keep giving feedback as you update it because I’m interested on where you take it !

Im not sure how to DM people on DevForum Im new to this place. Also im gonna add a few of these feature, because my place is really slow. Truckloaded with scripts! You might not see to much of your ideas into the game, but I will add a few!

The weapon wheel is a great idea! But… Im going to add it to all devices and im not sure how to add it on phone… I will try to add the weapon wheel!

Im not sure about the ragdolling though, because like the Camera would glitch and wont point to the sky after death! Im not sure how to fix it…

Also I dont really know what you mean by these bugs because I dont really see them! If you have a chance can you like take a picture if you ever encounter them! It would really help!

Also IF YOU WANT and if you have the chance. Can you record a gameplay of you playing the game? It would really help because I wanna see another POV of how other players play the game! Start a shootout, Interact with NPCS (Bump into them, hold a gun near them, and shoot them), and explore!

Please add the audio fo the gameplay! It would really help, because I need to see how other people would play the game so I can make it easier for them or hard for them!
