I think it looks pretty good. Nice and modern.

The lighting looks like it’s on Voxel. Change it to Future (and turn up your graphics quality so you can actually see it) to get better lighting.
For the building, it looks very good. Obviously there’s nothing inside it yet but the outside looks good.
The lighting should be fixed, some places are super dark.
It looks okay but the lighting needs to be fixed and I think red brick door way does not match.
Please put more effort into your post. If you’re going to spend the whole post insulting yourself, that doesn’t really belong in Cool Creations. 
While it’s okay to ask for feedback, remember that this is above all a forum and a standard of quality and maturity is expected.

I wouldn’t call it bad. Don’t come on the DevForum asking for feedback while discouraging yourself like this. I would just fix lighting and the red door since it doesn’t fit with the design.
Other than that, I like it.
