Feedback for my GFX part 2

This is a very basic render I would like you to give me your opinion, to improve. :slightly_smiling_face:

This is really good, if you want it to be better you can add wood planks texture to the bench.

Thank you, I’ll have it in mind.

It looks pretty good! But addressing one minor concern, the torso appears to be floating.

This looks great in terms of lively feel.

I think that if you actually made the tree and the grass the same shade of green it would put more focus on the character and make the scene more flush. One other thing that would really complete the job is playing with the contrast, vibrance, etc. At that point, you would probably have a really nice finished product.

Well thank you and in theory the man is leaning on the top of his chest and is “accommodated” to relax looking at the flower.

That is very interesting, I think I will pay much more attention to those details to improve my product.

Nice job! Here’s some constructive criticism for you to build upon:

The Good Things

The textures are great, and the lighting is decent but a tad dark. I love the park environment and the flower.

Things to Improve

Posing is a bit awkward, the leg is bent too much. The latte cup on the bench has some weird shadows, it should be completely smooth. I also think the grass could be more realistic, the grass is too straight and too much of a light green. Bench could have some textures too.

Good job, you’re doing great! :happy2:

OK thank you very much! are tips that I will take into account in my new GFX

Pretty cool stuff…

I’d recommend taking advantage of all the features you have in Blender such as displacement on your stone path, custom materials for your wood bench, Cycles for better outdoor lighting and more. Keep at it and I can’t wait to see more from you!

Try fixing the shadows, they seem pixely. The leg is in the bench. Add some textures. Maybe lower the grass length.

It’s pretty well-rounded! The Starbucks coffee asset has some weird lighting, maybe try using a public lightroom or create a lightroom yourself. Noise/render quality is not bad as well. Awesome job.

ah well what about the textures I started to see how it is done you can say I learned it and good about the shadows I think it was that by mistake I lowered the resolution of the render.

Like so a light room? :pensive: sorry to bother :pensive:

Basically a lightroom is a thing that gives you good lighting usually used in c4d and blender. It enhances the lighting quality as well.

1.Make or get grass off of tutorials
2. Use PBR textures to make the stone ground pop
3. Use HDRIS for lighting
4. Learn to UV properly so you can texture everything right
5. Texture everything
6. Learn how to use nodes and the compositor for color correction, sun rays, glares, all kinds of effects
7. Learn Compostion for better scenes
8. Use Depth of field in the camera settings and focus on the character a bit
9. Get actual trees

This GFX is very well made, I think some more time should have been put in to some particles and lighting to improve this creation.
