Feedback for my stand idle animation&walking animation

You should make a transition to make it look nice in game because between idle and walking because they are in very different positions.
But the animations on their own look great.
9/10 for idle
7/10 for walking

The stand idle animation looks fantastic; clean and the movements are very nice, I would touch up the head a bit - looks like it doesn’t track the person they’re looking at.

The walking animation is okay, but the requirement for bobbing in the torso is a must - it will give off much more of a natural walking motion. The torsion of the torso looks out of time with the arms and legs. Also, the arms look very linear, as if there were no physics on them; adding weight by using different easings could improve this.

Overall, some really neat animations, 9/10 for the idle, 4/10 for the walking animation.

Thank you very much!!! Ill try improving the walking animation based on your feedback. When I replayed it, I could see a lot of flaws… What easing style would you recommend?

It depends heavily on how you would like to animate it. If you want consistent and similar results, you could try using the Sine easing, but if you want rougher movements with more momentum, you can try experimenting with easings like Quart and Expo.
