Hello! I would like any feedback on my UI for my upcoming game called Lemonade Simulator! Any ideas/feedback are appreciated.

To be honest, it looks good. But if I can give any suggestions :), I would say making the backgroundcolor or anything that is part of the frames match with the game and the map. You could also make it more detailed!
1- Modify the frames so it matches with the map and the game theme
2- Detail it more
3- Try making something original (if you have the time)

ui gradient would be nice, but overall, it look good

Looks good, I see that you have added an icon too in the UI which overall makes the UI attractive. However, there are still some changes that you need to made, like made a title frame for “Flavor Shop”
and instead of stroke add a back frame and make it stick out from some corners.
