Hello there, I maked some easy and simple coins button (Sorry for the watermarket)

Looks good, but it’s not apparent that the guy is carrying a box full of coins, at first glance it just looks like a plain old box for moving stuff. You could try making sort of a “mountain” out of the coins to make it seem like the box is overfilled. That could introduce problems with the background though.

It could also be the watermark bringing focus away, but for god’s sake, please DO NOT post a version without a watermark!

Looks good. Also, maybe a background may be nice, such as a simple gradient or stripes or smth.

It wasn’t the box itself, rather the fact it isn’t apparent there are coins inside. You know, if you have a coins button, the icon is going to be coins and not a box. It’s fine if it is, but in your case the coins aren’t very visible. Last resort idea: add a soft glow around the coins to make them stand out.

Much, much, MUCH better! Now it really looks like coins, exactly what your previous image was missing. The new background helps as well!

Just a quick little thing: you should keep the original image alongside the new one so it can be compared

This is pretty nice, the background and the assets used for the most part look good too.

There are a few suggestions that I have though:

  • The size of the UI button looks a little bit long, you should try shortening the height just a little bit since there’s an awkward amount of space between the font and user.
  • Try testing out different faces for the character to make them stand out, or use rthro to create different poses.
  • The box lacks a lot of detail, you should try either adding more specific detail to it. Or flat out change it into a treasure chest, as that will attract the attention of players more.

Aside from that, looking good! I can’t wait to see other designs you come up with in the future.
