I like it but if its abandoned I would add like hole marks inside. I can’t think of the name
Like this with unions inside of the wall
So that the walls won’t look to basic.
Other then this it looks good
Edit: My example looks bad just make it look better then you do it
The walls are a place holder until I find a good custom material. I just think it won’t look that good with holes if you know what I mean.

I would add another floor and some broken windows. Maybe a sign that is broken down and possibly flickering.

Creating some sort of worn down wood matched with brick would be good. Experiment with color and shading and your build will be even better.
I was planning to play around with custom materials a bit.
to me the model already looks very simplistic
Its based off of a gta abandoned motel. I am not done yet.
