Decent. Since your getting inspiration from other artist I would recommend practicing your posing and overall lighting to really capture a bit of realism in the scene I suggest the following:
The overall scene the posing and lighting looks weird but other than that you didn’t add proper colors - materials to the build itself making the area cast a white appearance did you render the design everything looks - seems rushed and not properly done if your still a beginner, I would try learning lighting and placing textures to the flooring if your trying to replicate the actual graphic design.
There’s no shadows casting off of the characters nor lighting implemented into the building your posing looks bland and stiff most of the characters look boring and placed in random areas it kind of looks like you didn’t render the full image nor didn’t adding any lighting source.
From the start I’ll try improving it and do it to your own abilities.
If you added MetallicSurface on the registers that would be good, but still its fine.
Thanks for the feedback Really good criticism Im switching to cinema 4d and doing my best to learn about all of the lighting and texturing also shadows!
No problem (30 charactersssssss)
Last things I’d like to mention,
that arm is bent the wrong way?

And the assets/hats on this dude are very pink?

Make sure your characters are rotated correctly and that you’re inserting the images for textures into the hats/assets.
