Hello! So these few days I’m making an obby game, this game I made for 2 days sounds long for this simple game, oh yeah and also this is the first game that I actually publish to the public.

It’s pretty good for your first!

Here’s some feedback

  • I beat the game in 3 minutes, you should make it harder
  • No UI at all?
  • My character doesn’t make any sounds until i jump…?
  • No BG music whatsoever, add some.
  • No reward for making it to the end, there should be some.

Besides that, good game!

That’s pretty good feedback. I have one thing to add though, BG music is really hard for first-time devs to get because of the new roblox update. They would have to create some themselves.

This is a really well made game! Try making the game a little longer and the obby harder to complete.

Yep you’re right! I tried to find a song that I found on social media but I couldn’t find it on roblox

I think the use of conveyors is an interesting gimmick.

Comments:

  • Is “rebby” shorthand for rebirth? If that’s the case, I’d change the name of it to make what it means clearer to most people.
  • Interacting with “back to spawn” set my stage to 0 but didn’t teleport my character. This may be a bug.

Actually you can use Roblox-uploaded music. A lot of people say that Roblox’s APM library is useless but I’ve found a lot of legitimately good songs on there.

Thanks for the feedback, Rebby is “Re Obby”, It might sound weird, but I’ve been trying hard to come up with a name other than “Rebirth”

It’s not a bug, it’s just that I’m too lazy to make the system

Played it, pretty polished for a first. Fan of the skybox. 9/10, nice twist with conveyors. I’m gonna be sure to check back later if you’re going to update it soon!

work on ui
make the game longer
maybe some more creative levels
