Not too bad, but there can be some improvements in regards to the detail. I suggest adding another screen below the current one as well as a receipt printer beside the screen. You can also make widen the register so that it can fit more buttons, making it more realistic. Overall, not too bad for your first try.
What do you rate it out of 10?
Hm, I would give a 7/10. But if you add in what I suggested, I would probably give a 9/10.

It is a very good and simple register, but it is missing some details like numbered buttons and a receipt printer.
