FEEDBACK NEEDED! What do you think of my productivity plugin?

Yes, I know a lot about productivity topics, and I know each person has a natural circadian rhythm, which is the embodiment of “night owl” and “early bird” classifications. Uniquely, however, each person has specific times, which is why it’s important to track your activity to identify this information about yourself.

However, it’s still important to get enough sleep, as being sleep-deprived severely affects cognitive ability. I’m also a night owl, but society runs on in the morning, so unless I become sleep-deprived, I can’t fully take advantage of my rhythm.

Therefore, the key is balance: Go to sleep at a good bedtime on days you have to (school, work, etc.), but follow your natural productivity rhythm on free days. Planning this yourself is a hard task, but a tool that tracks your productivity over years can have a comprehensive idea of your habits and seasonal preferences.

A bedtime thus could be adapted on certain days or tweaked based on the month/day of the week etc. Do you think this idea is overly overkill?
