Feedback needed

I’m working on a hangout museum game and would really appreciate some feedback! I’d love to hear your thoughts on what I could add or improve in the game. Any suggestions or opinions would be super helpful.

This looks decent! I’m not sure about it being a “hangout museum”, but it certainly was cool to walk through the events that old Roblox had.
Were they in chronological order? It seemed a little shuffled.
I like how you used Roblox’s old UI and the old animations/sounds (although the walk didn’t load in for some reason)

A couple issues I had with my experience:

  • The Screen/SurfaceGuis stop rendering if you look in the direction with too many rendering in
  • The text on the wall is a little hard to read since the resolution of the SurfaceGui is so low
  • The walk to the other end was quite long, considering I was looking for a specific event (which I never found, probably because it was later in Roblox’s history)

Anyhow, I liked how the corridor was designed, although there could be improvements here and there. Overall, I liked what I saw, and I hope it improves well!

Nope, they were placed randomly.

I’m glad you liked it! I’ll be working on fixing the issues you mentioned in-game and here. I hope you had a great experience.

Interesting to say the least! Unfortunately, right after I joined the game I was met with an animation glitch.

I can confirm the issue of screengui’s not being rendered in certain directions. Besides that, I think that you should consider using Voxel lighting technology as it replicates the old roblox lighting best. I see that you put a lot of effort trying to make the game look like it came from 2009, so I don’t know why stop at lighting.
