I love the hair shading on the first one but once again the eyes could be more detailed but its nice! the second ones hair could use a bit more shading/highlighting but who am I an art critic?

I really like your style, especially the way you draw eyes. I’ve seen your other piece as well, and all three give a good cartoony feel to them.
As sikowwitzz stated, maybe some more highlighting on the hair of the 2nd one would improve it some.

I think both of them looks great! The only criticism I have is that you should add more details or something to the first one.
