I would suggest using black for the outlines (and a thinner brush). You could also use an eraser to make the ends of certain lines sharper. Also, it doesn’t really look like there is much shading at all. I would make the shadows darker where they should be.

I like the art itself, but I think you should make her focus on something specific, instead of her staring into space.
