Feedback on a economy based game

I’ve been working on my game called FruitLands and recently had the idea that instead of a flat selling rate like most traditional games have,

What about a basic economy for selling, basically each fruit would be assigned a mimimum and maximum prices they must follow and stay in-between, the price will fluctuate based on which fruit is being sold the most or less, if its being sold a ton it will go down and vice versa.

the prices for each fruit would change each night (24 minute cycle) and would only then update based on the previous market activity

Love this idea, I think using this idea is great! :grinning:
