Iv spent like a week making this, and it dose have a few free models to help with some parts
majority is made by me 
Im not the best builder but i hope some of you like it!
(You should probably use “Shift + P” so your not slow)

I originally made the build in November, and it took a week to make, but i wasnt pleased with how it turned out because i got REALLY lazy making it, no town area, small forest, lazily made beach, but it took me another week to remaster it 
Can you use the Terrain feature to make water instead of using parts?
Well since its a free model, i left a script in thats disabled default but enabling it creates terrain water for anyone who wants it

The build looks great, but there are some things I would change.
The glowing windows don’t fit in with the rest of the build, as they are a tad too bright. You could lower the brightness by changing the bloom settings in lighting.
I would also remove the trees from in front of the apartments, as you usually don’t see trees on the sidewalk.
Other than that, great job on the build.
Make the real terrain object water real please in real game
