So, I’m gonna leak something that will make “curious” people intrigued? Out of Bound Zones.
Those zones are meant to be unreachable, and because of that, they are very low quality. Since I’m trash at building, I’ve decided to make OOB by myself, and leave the detailed builds to my friend and Builder, @Senso_developer 
So at the level of the street, there should be a deathbarrier, which you can’t survive… The poor rthro person you can see in the screenshot is a not-faced person, or NFP for short. You can’t interact with them, physically nor mentally I guess.
