Hey, I wanted to have a go at making a top bar / banner for a portfolio in case I ever decide to make one.
This was done in blender, and I wanted to keep it simple while adding the metal and neon textures just to make it stand out a bit more.
As for the character, I felt like I needed to include it just to make it connect with people a bit more. I would have added a paint brush or something, however on a neon sign I decided that it would be a bit out of place.
