This is entirely simple. The island doesn’t look bad, but it definitely needs more detail. Maybe add lava flows down the volcano and possibly submerging into the ocean below. Maybe you can add a bridge for tourists to travel from a nearby city (which you could showcase on another post). Again, this needs much more detail.
