The watermark is annoying and personally drives me away, just put it in the center of the screen really transparent…

Looks really good, but as they are icons I dont think the logo in the top left corner would be big enough to see properly

Its fine, but not unique. It just looks like one of the very common cartoony icons in roblox.

In my opinion, I don’t really see many differences between these and yours.
It doesn’t mean that you copied his designs (and I don’t think that he invented this style) or something, it’s just not unique.
To be honest, I’m not a big fan of their styles because they look all the same. You just get an icon from free icon website, add outline effect, put some random background with patterns and that’s it. (Sorry if I offended you)

Not bad!
The text colour being the same colour as the background doesn’t work out too well in terms of readability from a distance - which is what an icon should be good at.
Try turning the text white and the stroke a darker blue or even black.

But I suggest you change the background since it is kinda boring.
Maybe put some blurred image of an in-game screenshot and add shadow effect?
