The character in the back looks a little dark compared to the front, try to light it up a little more
that’s just the natural lighting, since the girl is a bit in front and the lights above, the lights closer to her hence making the person in the back slightly darker.
The graphic design looks quite dull looking you could try adding a interior to give a good understanding it’s a home store. Firstly as for the design, I would work on your posing since the characters don’t look like there holding the bags from my point of view it (looks like the bags were rushed and placed in a random area was this intentional?
It seems very odd and stiff unless this was a problem choosing different posing selections, i would consider rotating the right bag to show the store brand if highly recommend taking your time with getting those important objects and not rushing with certain things.
Place more characters trying to shop at that specific store to give the scene more items instead of the character standing there giving each other a clap. Otherwise it’s alright try fixing a few things regarding the items.

The lighting doesn’t look quite right if you want realistic lighting I recommend changing your render engine to cycles if you’re in Blender. The bags look very big compared to the bodies as well as the girl in black’s bag is hanging onto her wrist for dear life, you should move it down onto her hand. Apart from that, it looks good overall.
The lighting is very dull and boring. Try experimenting with spot lights and point lights to get a more realistic look. You can even try an HDRI.

Hey! It looks awesome, but the position and posing of the characters holding the bags makes the whole graphic off.
Hello @LasroxRB. This looks amazing. I like how the renders looked. I also like how you did a 3D text. This is amazing, keep up with the good work.
One small thing I would recommend is shadows. Looks like the renders were just placed there. Apart from that, it looks very nice! Keep it up!
