That was from the Roblox Creator Documentation’s Feedback.
Can you be more specific here?
Oh wait, only some of images, which are old Explorer images. No inaccuracies of text.
I’m unsure if this is something that needs to be changed or has presedence of being changed with explorer updates. If this was the case there would be a ton of images we would have to go back and revise even though the only part that is outdated is the UI.
Through official or community-uploaded ones?
The creator-docs are open source so both of these fall into the same category. All pull requests go through Roblox staff before being added, so all changes are treated as official.
There are three total images that use the old explorer in this article, but there are many more across other articles, documentation, and tutorials, which is causing me to be somewhat unsure of the necessity of replacing them. Further, although the Next Gen Explorer is opted in to by default, it is still considered a beta feature in Studio, so I’m unsure if a project like this should even be taken on before it is fully released. With all that said, the images in the article (although of the old explorer) still look almost exactly the same in the new explorer. I’d wait for staff to comment on this issue, but you are welcome to replace the images in the article with their equivalent in the Next Gen Explorer and make a pull request here.
That is accurate and I agree, but I’ve sent the feedback via their “Feedback” functionality on the site just in case if they’d respond based on that feedback (and included something about “sharing feedback publicly” or any similarities, which I pressed then started this topic).
Again, I agree on it, and I appreciate your time for it.
