Feedback on destruction game

I made a game, and I would like feedback. Let me say that I am definitely a beginner, so there are some bugs I am aware of, like that the bomb duplicates itself every time a character dies, but I don’t know how to fix this, and the scripting in this game is mostly taken from Toolbox and modified by me. So, I would really appreciate it if you could tell me what to improve, and also how I can increase my average visit length, because last month it was only about 9 minutes on average. Thanks!

Hi! Your game is very good compared to being first made (much better than my first game).
Problems:
The game is boring. How can you make this enjoyable? Pe is loading a script that will do so with the Shift key and so not much time from house to house.
When I blow up a house there is a big lagg.

You are a promising developer!

Ok, thanks! How can I make it more fun, or should I make a completely new game with a different theme?

The game could be fun but something about the destruction doesnt feel right. It doesnt explode or crush the way you would want it to. The bomb doesnt do much because of lag and the destroy car doesnt do anything to buildings.

Make it so that the exploded parts despawn after a while.

Also this almost crashed my $3000 computer so try making it more optimized.

Voxel Destruction.

It would be a hard work of scripting but, It optimizes making that the game isnt too laggy.

That’s probably because the parts are not welded together, just stacked. If I welded them all together, the buildings wouldn’t be able to collapse, but maybe I can try to do something. Thanks for the feedback

Hey. I decided to check out your game and make a review for it.
(I understand you used some free models to make this game, but that doesn’t make it bad in my books.)

Positives

  • The game’s aesthetic and general style gives me a 2013-type vibe.

  • It’s genuinely fun to ram through buildings and watch the parts shatter.

  • While giving the player money every few seconds is a good strategy for the time being, I feel like it should be based on how many blocks you break.

  • The game has a simulator-esque progression system in place, which could appeal to a large audience if done well.

  • Both areas in the game so far are pretty big, and fun to drive around in.

Negatives

  • Driving the bulldozer is very awkward and ‘slippery’. This doesn’t apply as badly to the cars.

  • You can blow up your own bulldozer, forcing the player to go back to spawn and get a new one.

  • Some of the buildings are harder to break than others, one in particular taking almost a whole minute to get through.

  • All of the buildings are basically identical to each other. Try to mix it up with different size, colors, shape, et cetera.

Bugs and Errors

  • You can spawn bulldozers on top of each other, causing them to shake rapidly.

  • I don’t know if this was done on purpose, but the blocks you break seem to float around like they’re in slow motion.

I hope your new game does well in the near future!

Thanks so much for the feedback! I did intentionally make the cars destroyable, but the slow-motion was not intentional. I think it happens because my game is really laggy, so parts get slowed down somehow. As for the bulldozers slipping, I do not know how to fix that, because none of the materials have much grip, and rubber is not an option. However, I will try to fix the issues you described, and I appreciate all the helpful tips!
