I recently made this downstairs hangout place just for fun.
Give me some feed back and let me know how much it could sell for at the moment and with improvement

I wouldn’t attempt to sell this, the detail is fairly low. There are some attempts at it but you haven’t really put in the effort in it. Especially the elevated entrance has no parquet compared to the rest of the place and the railing has no detail at all.

You should try adding more detail before attempting to put this up for sale. Here are some suggestions to help improve the overall design, feel free to take these into consideration:

  • Add a large amount of detail to the walls, this could include picture frames, clocks, windows, lights, interior designs that could be modern, corners, etc.

  • Decrease the large circle on the lighting, also add detail to the light overall.

  • Move the roofing upwards, it looks way too low for the room.

  • Increase the room lighting to give it that welcoming feel to it.
