Feedback on Fighting Game

I have been coding this fighting game for a couple years now but progress has slowed down because of my academics

Last thing I need to finish is the PvP aspect, and any suggestions would be amazing. There are bots in the PvP if you want to try fight them but I highly recommend you try the PvE mode for the full experience

The game is really well-made so far. Here are my suggestions:

  • It would be nice if there were more visual categorization of the attacks on the side of your screen. For example, maybe you could colour-code the attacks that belong to your script to differentiate them from ones associated only with your weapon. Separating attacks that require max vigour to perform from all the others would also be nice for a newer player.
  • I think it would be good to make the sword visible in first person.
  • I think you should make your character auto-draw the sword at the beginning of PvE matches since there isn’t really a point to not have it activated as far as I know.
  • I think you should make the attacking NPC in New Beginnings do damage (at least in difficulties higher than Novice) since it would be more useful as a training arena if it were possible to die.

First of all, apologies for the really slow response! I’ve distracted with other things a lot recently and haven’t touched roblox much at all.

But these suggestions are great! I’ll probably spend the next week or so adding them so thanks!
