Feedback on first Blender GFX

This is the first thumbnail I’ve made using blender after following a tutorial. I would appreciate any feedback on this. Thanks!

That’s Amazing Bro , Keep up the Epic work , One question : How you maked the sword’s effect (not the glow but the smoky ghosty effects )

Thanks! To get the smokey effect I just google search "smoke’ and find a transparent image. Then I place it in photoshop and change the hue and saturation and visibility until I get my result.

Especially for your first go at it, this is very well done.

My only edit would be that his right arm (the one holding the blade) looks a tad bit too high. Lower it down a bit and make it a little more even with his shoulder and I think you would be golden

Cool, looks like you have talent on this type of pictures and its really amazing for a beginner :+1:t2:

Very good! Might I ask what tutorial? I would like to try and start “blendering” too!

dude that’s Sick as, wish I had those skills.
I’ve got 2 questions. What app did you use to make it? And how long did it take to make it?

Thanks! This was the tutorial I watched, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JeZqhiFKeig

The tutorial mentioned everything and was really easy to follow. He emphasizes about lighting a lot too which really enhances the rendered product. Really helpful.

Thanks! I used blender and it took me an hour to make because I also used photoshop after the render.

This is an amazing piece especially for your first time, I’m impressed!!! You certainly have an artistic eye. Only thing I have to say is the arm holding the blade seems to be too far out, almost disconnected from the body, and too far up. Screenshot_25

Also I noticed a little thing on the other arm where there seems to be a piece of the arm sticking out.

This could simply be covered up using a paint tool from either Gimp, Photoshop or Paint.Net!
Other than this I have no other complaints, it’s amazing for your first try. Just keep practicing and they’ll turn out astonishing on the future. Best of luck!

I think that this is a great start to Blender GFX. I really like the color scheme, and how the text just fits into the background. Keep up the good work!

I wonder if anyone would even notice those, seems very minor, either way very good render here looks amazing!
