Hi,I like your GFX.You could add a face to the person and the hair kinda looks like you have drawn them.orther than that its good! 
also how do did you make that red ball and the background effects?
Remove some of the noise on the picture, and the head itself looks a bit weird with the light on it, maybe add something to it lol.
Redball: I used a png from google and added some lightning effects from a pack.

the light was like um for the glow from that energy ball
This is good. I like the ball and the electricity type strands coming off of the ball to the persons hand. It would be cool though if you added a face. as it would give the art a cooler look.
The lighting on his face should be red as the ball is emitting red light, not yellow.
Also the hair looks very out of place and you can see where it has been cut out and additional parts have been drawn on. Would recommend cleaning those up.
yea,well the plan of making the gfx was kind of different.It was like a domain expansion thing but ended up like this.Tnx for saying this
oh yea.I will add faces too in future arts as I am practising lasso tool rn.
