Wow, very neat. If I was to add anything it would be varying trees. The trees as of right now seem pretty repetitive and all the same size.
Also, different type of nature such as bushes or maybe even some flowers.
The house looks great. Nothing to say about the house.

I would enhance the lighting, its too dull and dark currently.

I can see the inspiration from RDR2’s Manor! Personally, I’d say you could try using different textures to have the building itself blend in with the enviroment much more nicely. Otherwise I’m not sure what else to say, as it just looks good. Unless there’s technical aspects such as parts count etc. that you’d like to have discussed.
