I would suggest making it brighter and removing the “Howdy friend”.
It is bright it’s just the roblox mouse hover darkness thing, will fix.
Why do you think I should remove the howdy friend?
There isn’t very much actually happening. At the very least, I’d recommend adding some glow to the text and the orange backing, but also you should give it a bit more. I think it is too simple that it’ll just get looked past
I think it’s too hard to look at and the avatar waving already let’s the player know that they are saying “hello”.

Added more brightness. Is that what you meant by glow?

Not exactly, in some photo editing softwares, there is a glow feature where you can actually make the image appear to be glowing. Some examples below:
In what photo editors? I have never used a glow before.
Probably the most common and a free one is paint.net. You can download it on https://www.getpaint.net/

I have hard trouble navigating 
any tutorial or something I could use?
I’ve actually found paint.net to be pretty simple, so you just insert your image through File > Open. Then once it opens, just click Effects > Photo > Glow and it will open up the glow settings!

Seems kinda blurry, probably just my device. Also, my eyes can’t keep focus on one part of the image, so try to make one part be the main focus. Other then that, pretty nice

I would suggest adding a different font and also possibly the background to a blue.
For me, I don’t like it. Instead, maybe have a picture of the people on the beach. Blur the people and the beach and in the top, put, “Sanik’s Cool Hangout”!
What he means by glow, is just turning up the brightness of the object and then adding a blur around the object in the same colors. That gives a glow effect.
it seems a bit, boring? The “howdy friend” is hardly legible at a glance. And its pretty blurry
