Dang. That is pretty good for not using photoshop. Here are the things I suggest you fix/do. There is a tiny pixel not there. I suggest using the brush tool, and picking the same color as the stroke and color that real quick.
Another thing is change the colors, maybe make the colors less saturated, because its really not appealing to my eyes. Granted there are some pros with the colors. 1 example is more players eyes with be attracted from the colors and play the game.
Overall I think its pretty good.

It’s quite clean. I appreciate the little reflection areas on the letters, it appears to share the same style as all the other simulator icons, but I’m fairly positive that’s what you were aiming for, so it’s pretty great

This is quite good for not using photoshop, although I don’t have the feeling as if the logo was having a magnet feel. although i do like the use of stock effects and shine. The Simulator shine is a bit off but otherwise it looks great! keep the good work up!
